TWA Engineering & Consulting is serving as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the civil engineering design of a small truck parking rest area in North Carolina. Our comprehensive scope includes designing parking for WB-40 trucks, ensuring safe and efficient maneuvering. By utilizing OpenRoads Designer and AutoTURN, we optimized the layout to accommodate heavy vehicle traffic. TWA is also designing the driveway and implemented an effective drainage system to enhance the site’s functionality and longevity. This project showcases TWA’s dedication to delivering practical, precise, and efficient engineering solutions tailored to the transportation sector.
