TWA Engineering & Consulting served as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the civil design of a warehouse project in South Carolina, which required an approved SCDOT encroachment permit. Our scope included widening the right-of-way (ROW) while adhering to all SCDOT criteria, particularly for stormwater management, ensuring no additional runoff to the SCDOT ROW. The project has been successfully approved by SCDOT, showcasing TWA’s expertise in delivering compliant and efficient civil engineering solutions.
